These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Globy.ai AB ("Globy", "we", "us", "our"). By submitting the online request form you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service: The done‑for‑you digital presence described on globy.ai and any related materials.
Preview Site: The draft version we present to you at no cost.
Go‑Live: Date The calendar date on which your presence is made public.
Monthly: Plan The continuing hosting, support, and discoverability package.

• We craft a signature logo, a branded responsive website, and core copy.
• We host the presence, keep it secure, and run regular updates.
• We optimize structure and metadata for local search visibility, yet we do not guarantee any ranking or traffic level.
• We may decline requests that require advanced functionality such as e‑commerce, carrier integrations, booking engines, or similar complex modules.

• After receiving your form we study your current website and materials.
• Within forty‑eight (48) hours you receive a link to the Preview Site.
• The Preview Site remains private. No fee is due at this stage.
• You may request up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions to the Preview Site.

• If you approve the Preview Site you pay the starting fee of SEK 2 995.
• Upon cleared payment we publish the presence at the agreed address and the Go‑Live Date starts the Monthly Plan.
• If you choose not to proceed you owe nothing and the Preview Site is deleted after thirty (30) days.

• Starting fee: SEK 2 995, payable once per presence.
• Monthly Plan: SEK 99 per month, billed in advance from the Go‑Live Date.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments accrue interest at eight (8) percent per annum.

• You supply accurate business information, images, and any required legal notices.
• You confirm that all supplied content is lawful and does not infringe third‑party rights.
• You review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

• Upon full payment you receive a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to use the delivered logo, site design, and copy for your own business promotion.
• Globy retains ownership of all underlying methodology, code, and proprietary assets.
• You may not resell or redistribute the Service or derivative works without written consent.

• We target 99.9 percent annual uptime for hosting.
• We provide email support Monday to Friday, 09 00‑17 00 CET, excluding public holidays in Sweden.
• Support covers minor text updates and bug fixes. Larger redesigns or functional additions may incur extra fees.

• Requests beyond the included scope will be quoted separately.
• Work begins after your written acceptance of the quote and any additional payment.

• You may cancel the Monthly Plan at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice.
• We may suspend or terminate the Service for non‑payment or material breach, after giving notice and a ten (10) day cure period.
• Upon termination we will provide a static export of the live site on request. Ongoing hosting and support cease.

• The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past twelve (12) months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data.

• We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages, or legal restrictions.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

• We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or the law. We will notify you by email at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
